it's ours!!!!!!!!!!
after all the hassle and all the waiting and all the fees, we recieved the boat title in the mail today! what an event! we started this whole process in october and its january now. time to bust out a bottle of bubbly!
Congrats! that is way cooler than a first house or car! Can't wait to see how the boat remodel project goes. or do they call it remodeling with boats? :) Cousin Rachel

i think its called refitting with boats more than remodeling, but we do live onboard like a house, so remodeling fits too.
